When It Clicked podcast explores the moment where fate hangs in the balance

Each episode — which usually runs for around 25 minutes — focuses on a specific company that made an unconventional decision that could make or break the business. This could be Google Docs deciding to opt out of a “save” button (listen, runtime: 26:56) or how Shopify decided to base its business model on small businesses (listen, runtime: 25:34), with host Ilana Strauss talking to the decision makers to unravel their thinking process and that moment when things just clicked.

The podcast is still fairly new, with only five episodes out so far, but it’s an easy listen and really underlines the effectiveness of disrupting the market, even in the littlest of ways.
